No Pain No Gain (Nian Shao You Wei) - Season 1 Episode 22
Description
The play is adapted from Qingshan Quzui's novel 'Losing Money to Become the Richest Man Starting from Games'. When Qian Pei, a worker in a large factory, was fired, he unexpectedly received a million-dollar startup fund and turned from a social animal to a boss. However, the investor stipulated that he would only receive a monthly salary of 5,000 yuan if the company made a profit, and he would only receive a bonus if the company lost money. In order to lose money, Qian Pei started from the high-risk and fast-burning game industry and founded Tengda Information Technology Co., Ltd., which means 'flying yellow and rising', hoping that the company could go bankrupt quickly. However, he gathered all kinds of unreliable shrimp soldiers and crab generals, deliberately made a series of alternative games that violated the laws of the market, but became popular again and again. Frustrated, Qian Pei turned to other fields. However, whether it was physical industries such as internet cafes, restaurants, and apartments, or cultural industries such as Chinese websites, film and television companies, and live broadcast platforms, Qian Pei made money repeatedly and made a lot of money. He could only rack his brains to give benefits to employees, becoming a conscientious boss in the eyes of employees and a business wizard in the hearts of his peers. But only Qian Pei himself knew that this was not what he wanted. He really just wanted to lose money.
